For our client, we are seeking a Senior Quantitative And Qualitative Researcher- Remote to join the team of a leader in the Media space. This role will turn data into practical insight that improves visibility, decision-making, and business performance. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a Media environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $119,323 – $202,850 annually Responsibilities
Design and lead quantitative and qualitative research studies
Lead survey strategy, from creation to analysis
Ensure ethical standards in research practices
Synthesize data into actionable research insights
Translate findings into research artifacts like reports and visualizations
Present findings to government stakeholders and advocate for improvements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery
Qualifications
US Citizenship required; must obtain Public Trust clearance
7+ years experience in UX/CX research, market research, or related fields
Bachelor's degree in relevant field such as Psychology, Sociology, or Human Factors
Proven expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methods
Experience working with federal agencies preferred
