About the role
For our client, we are seeking a Senior Project Manager Commissioning to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space. This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. The position offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within a asset-intensive real estate and construction environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $160,000 – $180,000 annually

Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage complex commissioning projects across various sectors
- Lead cross-functional teams, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
- Monitor and execute every phase of commissioning projects for technical expertise
- Develop robust Commissioning Plans and Specifications for projects
- Conduct comprehensive field commissioning activities, including Functional Tests and Systems Tests
- Chair Commissioning Meetings, ensuring effective stakeholder communication
- Perform detailed reviews of design drawings and specifications
Qualifications
- University degree in engineering or relevant technical field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in mechanical or electrical engineering or field testing
- Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
- Proficient with mechanical testing equipment and data reporting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
