About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Product Designer Growth to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a technology-driven environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $145,500 – $200,090 annually
Responsibilities
  • Design the Foundation trial and activation pathway from signup to payment conversion
  • Utilize team evidence—including customer insights and funnel analytics—to drive design and experimentation
  • Identify drop-off points and diagnose structural issues affecting user engagement
  • Craft onboarding experiences featuring AI agents and adaptive interfaces for the company users
  • Enhance the discoverability and usage of advanced features within the platform
  • Collaborate with product and engineering leaders to prioritize activation opportunities based on data
  • Engage in constructive UX critiques, providing and receiving specific, actionable feedback

Qualifications
  • 7+ years of digital product design experience, emphasizing activation and conversion impact with a strong portfolio
  • Growth design expertise in B2B software (PLG, freemium, self-serve, trial-to-paid) oriented towards developers
  • Proficient in running end-to-end design experiments and making data-driven decisions
  • Skilled in analyzing funnel data and user feedback to inform design strategies
  • Ability to trace design failures to upstream causes and propose holistic solutions across the user journey
