About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Partner Enablement Manager to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a technology-driven environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $151,000 – $208,000 annually
Responsibilities
  • Develop and launch high-impact partner enablement programs aligned to GTM priorities
  • Lead the creation of role-based learning journeys for partners
  • Own the partner onboarding experience and drive continuous learning to accelerate partner productivity
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure consistency in training and messaging
  • Build compelling sales plays, eLearning modules, playbooks, and toolkits for partners
  • Translate complex value propositions into simple, actionable resources for partner sellers
  • Work with Channel Sales and Partner Solution Architects to drive adoption of tools across partner ecosystems

Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in partner enablement, sales enablement, or product marketing within a high-growth B2B SaaS or cybersecurity company
  • Proven ability to independently build and launch scalable enablement programs and resources
  • Strong content creation skills with experience in sales playbooks, eLearning, presentations, and toolkits
  • Experience with partner tools such as Partner Portal (PRM), Learning Management Systems (LMS), and Content Management Systems (CMS)
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority
  • Strong communication, project management, and presentation skills
  • Comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
