For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager Risk Operations to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a technology-driven environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $160,000 – $220,000 annually Responsibilities
Lead the team safeguarding the company against fraud and financial risks
Manage workload and team capacity within fraud operations
Collaborate with data science on scalable detection and risk strategies
Implement risk management strategies that balance fraud detection with user experience
Work with product teams to integrate fraud controls into all launches
Drive the technology strategy for risk management and fraud detection
Provide comprehensive reporting on fraud insights to enhance operations
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in risk management within a fintech environment
Familiarity with industry fraud prevention tools and technologies
Proven track record of building scalable, tech-driven risk operations in dynamic settings
Strong understanding of balancing automation with customer experience needs
Excellent relationship-building skills with vendors and internal stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to lead and nurture high-performance teams
Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and product teams
Experience promoting a data-driven culture
