About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager, Global Medical Content And Training to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will support high-impact work that contributes directly to business performance and team success. You will collaborate across functions to move priorities forward, solve complex problems, and deliver measurable outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to influence both strategic direction and day-to-day execution in a fast-moving environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $150,000 – $189,000 annually
Responsibilities
  • Support day-to-day operations of Medical Content and Training to enable pipeline readiness
  • Enhance learning management systems and content libraries for efficient training materials
  • Provide project-level and logistical support for various medical training initiatives
  • Implement scientific training programs for new hires and ongoing education for Medical Affairs
  • Develop curricula to enhance training on therapeutic areas and scientific knowledge
  • Organize scientific forums and workshops to enhance competency in Medical Affairs
  • Lead the creation of scientific materials like MSL decks and training guides to support external engagements

Qualifications
  • Advanced scientific or medical degree (PhD, PharmD, MD) required
  • 3-5+ years of experience in Medical Affairs, Scientific Training, or Medical Communications within biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry
  • Strong expertise in scientific content development and training program design for Medical Affairs teams
  • Ability to translate complex scientific data into clear, engaging, compliant medical content
  • Experience in developing scientific training curricula and onboarding programs
  • Proven cross-functional collaboration skills with various teams to ensure consistent messaging
  • Oncology experience, particularly in precision medicine or RAS-driven cancers, preferred
