About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager Global Market Research to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a Pharmaceuticals & Biotech environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $138,600 – $183,600 annually
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement primary market research plans for marketed and pipeline oncology drugs
  • Identify key business issues, align team members on research objectives, and recommend approaches
  • Select appropriate external partners for resources and project goals
  • Conduct primary market research activities in compliance with regulations
  • Analyze national-level audit data for market sizing and analog assessment
  • Integrate primary research findings with other analytical insights for strategic recommendations
  • Create communication plans to maximize the impact of market insights on product strategies

Qualifications
  • Bachelor or advanced degree in Life Sciences, Marketing, or Business with 7+ years of overall experience
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in consulting, market research, strategic analysis, and planning
  • Experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical US marketplace is required
  • Oncology launch and/or pre-launch experience is preferred
  • Global and/or international experience is preferred
  • Hands-on, in-depth understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methods
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
