About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Environmental Project Manager to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space. This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. The position offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within a manufacturing environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $134,100 – $241,400 annually
Responsibilities
  • Plan and oversee execution of all project functions
  • Establish and monitor project execution plans and quality assurance processes
  • Assign project tasks based on team strengths and qualifications
  • Negotiate project scope changes with clients and subcontractors
  • Develop strategies to address project delays or budget overruns
  • Act as a liaison with clients and subcontractors throughout the project
  • Track and report on project progress and significant milestones

Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of project management experience in environmental sectors
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale projects
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and industry best practices
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in mentoring and leading team members
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in varied project environments
  • Technical expertise in engineering, procurement, and construction integration
