About the role
For our client, we are seeking a Senior Director Operations to join the team of a leader in the Food & Beverages space. This role will lead operational priorities where safety, quality, compliance, and execution discipline are central to success. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a Food & Beverages environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $130,000 – $180,000 annually

Responsibilities
- Oversee multiple facilities and guide department heads in goal setting and performance evaluations
- Drive business objectives related to safety, cost, quality, and production efficiencies
- Lead initiatives to maximize employee contributions in quality and efficiency
- Provide strategic vision and develop plans to achieve operational goals
- Drive employee development and foster a positive workplace culture
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, 12+ years of progressive experience in operations or similar areas
- 5+ years of demonstrated team management experience
- Solid understanding of food manufacturing processes, particularly in the meat sector
- Previous responsibilities in production, purchasing, engineering, or production control with proven success
- Ability to establish credibility while supporting company goals
