About the role
For our client, we are seeking a Senior Art Director/designer - Small Business to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a technology-driven environment.

Compensation: $119,000 – $212,960 annually

Responsibilities
- Design and art direct all customer touchpoints across the Flow Studio experience
- Lead high-quality art direction for campaigns and social content
- Create and evolve a distinctive, modern visual system for Flow Studio
- Develop social-first content tailored for audience engagement across platforms
- Translate complex product capabilities into clear, compelling visuals
- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to ensure real-world application of designs
- Experiment with AI tools to enhance creative workflows
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience as an Art Director or Designer, preferably in software or SaaS environments
- Strong portfolio demonstrating art direction across brand, digital, and social
- Understanding of visual storytelling related to VFX and simulation workflows
- Ability to concept and execute at a high level from ideas to final outputs
- Experience in designing social-first content and for content-driven brands
- Proficiency in typography, layout, motion, and visual systems, familiar with tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Familiarity with Technical Artists and 3D/VFX pipelines
