For our client, we are seeking a Science Training And Sustainment Manager to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space. This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a manufacturing environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $134,100 – $241,400 annually Responsibilities
Lead the development of a Sustainment to Transition Plan for project responsibilities
Plan and execute training courses for trainers and stakeholders on PCU operations and biosafety
Teach courses or workshops as a Senior Instructor based on expertise
Build relationships with host country stakeholders and support U.S. Government client needs
Prepare an Operation and Maintenance Manual for project sustainability
Review Training Event Reports to incorporate lessons learned into future curriculums
Participate in a Training and Sustainment Working Group with stakeholders
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Microbiology, Virology, Public Health, Adult Education, or closely related field
12 years of experience in international projects and technical training programs, with 5 years in adult education within a scientific or laboratory environment
Experience in biorisk management and biosafety lab operations
Proven ability to develop and deliver training curriculum in a live setting
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with capability to engage various stakeholders
