For our client, we are seeking a Principal Solutions Architect (remote) to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a healthcare environment.

Compensation: $155,600 – $278,135 annually

Responsibilities
- Establish strategic technology direction and solution architecture for complex projects
- Lead solution design and analysis for multifaceted technology challenges
- Orchestrate solution delivery and ensure compliance with architecture standards
- Collaborate with project and product managers to define architecture
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or IT field, or equivalent experience
- 10 years as an infrastructure architect
- Experience with large-scale systems in healthcare preferred
- Mastery in creating enterprise architecture solutions
- Expertise with claims processing and third-party integrations
