For our client, we are seeking a Principal Data Scientist Growth And Membership Operations to join the team of a leader in the Hospitals & Medical Centers space. This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a healthcare environment.

Compensation: $133,942 – $187,083 annually

Responsibilities
- Define ambiguous problems and create measurable analytical strategies
- Develop and maintain scalable data models and metrics for operational performance
- Create and improve analytical solutions, adapting based on real-world feedback
- Integrate ML/AI tools into existing workflows to enhance business outcomes
Qualifications
- 7+ years as a technical contributor in data science
- Strong SQL skills and experience with data tools like Snowflake and dbt
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and use data to influence decisions
- Expertise in building scalable data pipelines and conducting statistical analysis
- Experience thriving in fast-paced, high-growth environments
