For our client, we are seeking a Power Plant SME to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a technology-driven environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $131,300 – $237,350 annually

Responsibilities
- Perform electrical design and interconnection reviews for power projects
- Attend project meetings to assess site construction and operation status
- Manage and nurture client relationships in various sectors
- Present findings and results to client executives clearly
- Engage in business development and collaborate on client interactions
- Support project teams both independently and collaboratively
- Develop and expand key client relationships for future engagement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with 8+ years of relevant experience
- Strong understanding of AC and DC electrical systems, controls, and protection relaying
- Proven ability to manage client relations effectively both internally and externally
- Preferred Professional Engineering (PE) licensure
- Experience or familiarity with a range of power generation technologies, including wind, solar, battery storage, and thermal generation
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
