About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Key Account Director Diagnostics And Research to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will support revenue growth through customer focus, relationship development, and disciplined commercial execution. You will collaborate with sales, customer, product, and operational partners to identify opportunities, solve problems, and improve outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen market execution, customer relationships, and measurable business results within a Pharmaceuticals & Biotech environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $130,000 – $190,000 annually
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a global account strategy with scientific and business teams
  • Achieve and exceed revenue objectives for the company Dx and CRO products
  • Build and maintain relationships with executives and R&D at client organizations
  • Understand partner strategies and identify enhancements via the company platforms
  • Negotiate, secure, and manage contracts across assigned client accounts
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to maximize client value delivery
  • Create impactful case studies showcasing the company services in precision medicine
  • Track and report on strategic objectives and revenue progress, reviewing with teams regularly
  • Travel approximately 30% of the time, both domestically and internationally
