About the role
For our client, we are seeking a Healthcare Consulting Manager - Inpatient CDI to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a Business Services environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $145,000 – $200,000 annually

Responsibilities
- Manage complex, multi-workstream projects
- Analyze data for performance improvement and organizational change
- Collaborate with clients to achieve business objectives
- Communicate effectively with project teams and stakeholders
- Lead and develop junior team members through training and feedback
Qualifications
- BA/BS in Nursing with CCDS certification required
- 5 years of acute care hospital experience (ICU, Med/Surg, ER required)
- 5 years in a clinical documentation integrity role
- Relevant project-based operations experience in healthcare provider settings
- Minimum 1 year managing major projects for large healthcare organizations
- Strong leadership and management skills in line with the company’s values
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and must have US Work Authorization
