About the role

For our client, we are seeking a HEALTH PROGRAM Technical Assistance Lead (new Mexico Remote) to join the team of a leader in the Media space. This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a Media environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $131,256 – $223,134 annually
Responsibilities
  • Lead development and delivery of Technical Assistance services for rural healthcare providers
  • Oversee provider assessments and operational improvement initiatives
  • Coordinate Technical Assistance specialists to support clinical operations and patient workflows
  • Implement workforce stabilization efforts and provider engagement strategies
  • Support creation of provider-specific workplans and sustainability plans
  • Develop measurable outcome metrics for healthcare improvement initiatives

Qualifications
  • Master's degree in public health, healthcare administration or related field preferred
  • 10 years minimum in healthcare consulting or operational improvement
  • Experience with rural hospitals, FQHCs, or tribal health organizations
  • 3 years minimum supporting CMS, HRSA, or Medicaid initiatives
  • Strong expertise in rural health operations and sustainability planning
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary consulting teams
  • Client interface experience with state agencies or Medicaid authorities
