For our client, we are seeking a Everhealth - Head Of Growth Marketing (remote Us) to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a technology-driven environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $140,000 – $175,000 annually Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive growth marketing strategy for the EverHealth portfolio
Lead and scale a dynamic growth marketing team focused on innovation and collaboration
Manage and cultivate strategic agency partnerships for scalable marketing initiatives
Collaborate with key stakeholders to align marketing strategies with business objectives
Design and execute customer acquisition strategies targeting ideal customer profiles
Oversee integrated marketing campaigns across multiple inbound and outbound channels
Track, measure, and optimize marketing performance using key metrics and analytics
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred
10+ years in marketing with proven leadership experience
Demonstrated success in driving growth, revenue, and customer retention
Strong understanding of customer acquisition techniques and cost optimization strategies
Highly desirable experience in healthcare technology or B2B SaaS
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation abilities
