For our client, we are seeking a Director New Logo & Expansion to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a technology-driven environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $125,000 – $225,000 annually Responsibilities
Lead and coach Account Executives for new business acquisition
Own new logo pipeline management and build outbound sales systems
Guide AEs through complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders
Drive execution of sales methodologies through reviews and coaching
Lead Account Managers in upselling and retaining strategic accounts
Ensure execution of Mutual Success Plans for growth opportunities
Partner with VP of Strategic Accounts to develop growth infrastructure
Qualifications
4-6 years in revenue leadership roles within SaaS or nonprofit technology
Proven success leading quota-carrying AE and account management teams
Experience managing the full revenue lifecycle from pipeline generation to renewal
Hands-on Salesforce experience with AI-assisted workflows preferred
Strong communicator with data-driven decision-making skills
