For our client, we are seeking a Director, Logistics Operations to join the team of a leader in the Food & Beverages space. This role will drive meaningful impact across key initiatives and partner cross-functionally to deliver measurable outcomes. You will work closely with stakeholders to execute against strategic priorities and scale performance. The position offers the opportunity to influence both strategy and execution in a high-growth environment.

Compensation: $142,700 – $235,455 annually

Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end logistics operations from warehouses to customers
- Implement and adapt logistics strategies to meet business demands
- Manage logistics operational budget to ensure cost-effectiveness
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on service and sustainability
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with third-party logistics providers
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal standards
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business continuity plan for logistics
Qualifications
- 10+ years in logistics with focus on warehouse and delivery operations
- Leadership experience managing teams in an FMCG/CPG environment
- Strong project management skills with a results-driven attitude
- Excellent collaboration and negotiation skills at senior levels
- Strategic thinker with superior communication and influencing abilities
