About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Customer Value Architect - Corporate Sales (remote) to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will support revenue growth through customer focus, relationship development, and disciplined commercial execution. You will collaborate with sales, customer, product, and operational partners to identify opportunities, solve problems, and improve outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen market execution, customer relationships, and measurable business results within a technology-driven environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $135,000 – $205,000 annually
Responsibilities
  • Lead the onboarding process and define the customer success plan for new clients
  • Collaborate with sales teams to expand existing accounts through Falcon Flex adoption and relationship-building
  • Act as the primary contact for customers post-sale, assisting with activation and business value realization
  • Conduct business value analyses and Executive Quarterly Business Reviews to demonstrate ROI and drive product growth
  • Monitor and analyze Falcon Flex usage to uncover risks and opportunities for customers
  • Partner with clients to create and implement tailored adoption roadmaps aligned with their security objectives
  • Achieve renewals through the delivery of proven value and effective flex consumption strategies

Qualifications
  • 8+ years of relevant professional experience in customer success, sales, or related fields
  • Expert-level understanding of cybersecurity decision-making processes and customer goals
  • Proven track record in managing complex customer relationships, particularly with executive stakeholders
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to articulate ROI metrics effectively
  • Deep familiarity with flexible licensing models and sales methodologies in security software
  • BA/BS or equivalent educational background preferred
  • Proficient in consultative engagement and building relationships with internal and external clients
