About the role
For our client, we are seeking a Consulting Actuary - Pharmacy to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will support financial discipline around P&L visibility, margin improvement, and business performance. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a regulated financial services environment.

Compensation: $143,616 – $229,786 annually

Responsibilities
- Communicate with all organization levels, including Divisional Leadership
- Support pharmacy rebate trend and forecasting
- Monitor and forecast pharmacy profitability, relaying insights to leadership
- Provide actuarial support for corporate pharmacy initiatives
- Collaborate with key pharmacy stakeholders and senior leadership
- Stay updated on industry news to maintain competitive positioning
- Evaluate and enhance advanced data analytic methods
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (as required)
- Member of the American Academy of Actuaries
- Fellow of the Society of Actuaries
- 7 years of relevant actuarial experience, or 9 years relevant experience with an ASA
- Strong preference for experience in Pharmacy Analytics
