For our client, we are seeking a AI Systems & Automation Manager Marketing to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a Business Services environment.

Compensation: $140,000 – $185,000 annually

Responsibilities
- Design and deploy AI-powered marketing workflows
- Redesign existing marketing processes to enhance speed and scalability
- Write and maintain code to integrate AI models and internal systems
- Develop scalable solutions using AI tools like Codex and Claude
- Prototype generative AI use cases and improve them through iteration
- Manage AI solution implementation from concept to production
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate needs into technical solutions
Qualifications
- 7+ years in marketing operations or similar technical roles
- Experience in designing and deploying AI-powered solutions
- Strong coding skills in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages
- Hands-on experience integrating APIs and building automation workflows
- Ability to redesign workflows rather than just optimize existing processes
- Proficiency in delivering technical solutions independently in ambiguous situations
