The Business Operations Manager will oversee and optimize day-to-day operations, develop and implement business strategies, analyze key performance metrics, and manage projects and programs. This role will also involve budget planning, cost management, and financial oversight to ensure operational efficiency and achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in Business Operations and Operations Management
- Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret data and drive insights
- Proficiency in Program Management and project delivery
- Solid understanding of Finance, including budget planning and resource allocation
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Experience in process improvement methodologies is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field
