Kutol Products , a well-respected skin care products manufacturer, is seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented Human Resource Generalist to support the full employment life cycle and provide daily front facing support to our TeamMates and leadership. What You'll Do: As an HR Generalist, you will be the go-to person for a wide range of key responsibilities including:
Talent Acquisition: Own full-cycle recruitment, utilizing our Applicant Tracking System to attract top talent and meet staffing goals
Onboarding & Engagement: Integrate new TeamMates to ensure a great start, and plan activities that boost morale and culture
Payroll & Timekeeping: Manage the bi-weekly payroll process, time & attendance system, and inquiries with accuracy
Benefits & Leave Administration: Perform benefit administration tasks, benefit meetings and enrollments. Assist TeamMates in understanding and maximizing their benefits. Act as the primary liaison for FMLA and voluntary Short-Term Disability
Employee Relations & Compliance: Provide guidance to managers, handle employee inquiries, ensure compliance with state/federal laws and uphold company policy
Workforce Training & Development : Support performance management and work with Supervisors/Managers to identify training needs. Manage logistics for workshops, and maintain training records and reporting.
Administration & HRIS: Maintain vital TeamMate data and records within systems for payroll, time & attendance, applicant tracking/recruitment process tools, performance management and numerous benefit provider platforms. Generate required reports and metrics.
Requirements What We're Looking For:
Education: Bachelor's degree preferred, with a minimum of 2 years HR experience, or equivalent
Certifications: PHR or similar certification is a plus
HR Expertise: Hands on experience in the full employment life cycle (recruitment, payroll, benefits, relations)
Compliance Knowledge: Ability to apply employment laws (DOL, EEOC, FLSA, FMLA, ADAAA, HIPAA) to mitigate risk
Technology Savvy: Proficiency in HRIS (ADP WFN or similar), Applicant Tracking Systems, and MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, CoPilot)
Behavioral Traits: High emotional intelligence, exceptional attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality
Flexibility: Adaptable to support 200 plus TeamMates across a 3-shift operation
