Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategy, design, and delivery of innovative learning and development programs for attorneys and business services professionals.
- Create and implement technology-enabled and self-study learning solutions aligned with organizational learning goals.
- Partner closely with attorneys and leadership teams to develop professional skills, leadership, and practice-specific training programs.
- Facilitate workshops and learning sessions both virtually and in person across global offices.
- Build scalable learning pathways focused on leadership, executive presence, feedback, delegation, and career development.
- Analyze learning metrics, KPIs, and program effectiveness to drive continuous improvement and stakeholder engagement.
- Manage learning platforms and webpages to ensure strong user experience and global accessibility.
- Stay current on emerging learning technologies, instructional methodologies, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, People Strategy, Technology, Marketing, and Knowledge Management teams.
- Support rollout, integration, and long-term adoption of new learning initiatives across the organization.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in Learning & Development within a professional services environment.
- Strong experience creating and facilitating learning programs specifically for attorneys or legal professionals.
- Deep understanding of adult learning theory, instructional design, and professional development strategy.
- Experience designing curriculum and leading both virtual and in-person training sessions.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience using learning technologies and data analytics to measure program success.
- Ability to work collaboratively across global and multicultural teams.
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or professional certifications preferred.
- Law firm or legal industry experience strongly preferred.
