Job Description Rewarding position as a Financial Staff Accountant for a multi-national, publicly traded company, ranked #1 in its industry. This position is part of Korn Ferry’s Finance team, focused on the Resource Process Outsourcing (RPO) and Professional Search / Interim (PSI) business segments. The successful candidate should be comfortable in a changing environment, self-confident and should be a forward-looking financial professional. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Under the supervision of the Controller, this position performs all critical general ledger functions related to monthly/quarterly GL close for North America. This includes journal entries, account reconciliation, and analysis. Specifically, but not limited to these areas:
Monthly/Quarterly close, booking of journal entries, and preparation of account and bank reconciliations.
Preparation of ad hoc reports and projects for financial analysis
Assist with annual audit and quarterly review requests, with the Company’s external auditors.
Assist with internal control requirements and processes to support the Company’s Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.
Interaction and communication with the corporate accounting team on various accounting and finance issues
Keeps management informed of area activities and of any significant problems
Attends and participates in meetings as required
Other duties as assigned
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Knowledge of SAP a plus
Ability to learn various applications easily
Ability to grasp new concepts/learn quickly
Ability to analyze and solve problems
Ability to focus on numerous tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy

EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business related field
3+ years in private or public industry experience
SEC public company experience highly preferred
Salary Range $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 Salary range represents the compensation Korn Ferry expects to pay to a candidate with the requirements for the job posted.
