Job Description
Purpose of the role:
Own and orchestrate sector level and functional operations, go to market strategy, and enablement for Korn Ferry’s Technology businesses—ensuring leaders have clear priorities, high quality materials, accurate data, and scalable processes to drive revenue, client impact, and cross solution collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
GTI & TDOP Operations Leadership
  • Act as the operational backbone for GTI and TDOP leadership—translating strategy into execution across North America and globally.
  • Design, document, and maintain cadences, agendas, action tracking, and hand offs for sector leadership, community calls, and offsites.
  • Serve as the connective tissue between practice Sector Leaders, COE leaders, Solutions leaders, and the centralized functions at Korn Ferry.

Go To Market Strategy & Enablement
  • Lead development of GTI & TDOP go to market narratives, including sector POVs, AI positioning, and cross solution plays.
  • Develop and maintain a repository of standardized pitch decks, credentials decks, rep lists, and case studies for live pursuits.
  • Partner with sector leaders and senior client partners to develop client-facing collateral and positioning.

Thought Leadership & Intellectual Capital
  • Partner with GTI leaders, KFI, and Advisory to define leadership archetypes, success profiles, and POVs.
  • Translate research, KF4D data, and practitioner insight into client ready and internally scalable IP.
  • Own the content strategy for both practices end-to-end, from idea development through to production and field enablement.
  • Maintain a pipeline of thought leadership and content pieces aligned to practice growth priorities.

Financial, Revenue & Account Analytics
  • Report on financial performance for both GTI and TDOP practices (revenue by region, top accounts, YoY trends).
  • Facilitate yearly strategy planning sessions to forecast landing and align on growth targets for revenue and new business for GTI.
  • Track revenue performance relative to growth targets and report back to leadership.
  • Present on financial performance and account trends during internal practice calls and practice forums.

Marquee & Diamond Account Program
  • Support operations and strategy for the Technology (GTI) accounts in Korn Ferry’s marquee and diamond account program.
  • Manage operational processes related to the GTI marquee and diamond account portfolio, including efforts to re-assess the account portfolio, every 6 months.
  • Facilitate stakeholder alignment on accounts across solution leaders, regional leaders, and sector leaders.
  • Prepare quarterly business reviews with financial analysis on account performance and updates on account strategy for the GTI President to use in leadership forums.
  • Partner with the regional leaders to develop the content and agenda for monthly community forums developed for the GTI Global Account Leaders.

Private Equity Enablement
  • Help drive PE focused GTM efforts including account mapping, portfolio tracking, rep lists, and PE specific materials.
  • Deliver operational and strategy support for a large private equity client in the form of tracking portfolio engagements and delivering quarterly business reviews looking on the partnership every 6 months.
  • Support PE pursuits with commercial context and internal alignment

Enablement Sessions & Community Building
  • Design and run learning programs (Lunch & Learns, onboarding content, playbooks) for members of the GTI/TDOP community (senior client partners, global account leaders, and associates).
  • Curate content and speakers; moderate sessions; ensure follow-up and reuse of materials.
  • Develop an internal communications plan annually and partner across the business to execute on it.
  • Define the agenda and develop the content for practice community calls.
  • Act as a visible culture builder within the Technology practice.

Salary Range
$75,000.00 - $95,000.00
Salary range represents the compensation Korn Ferry expects to pay to a candidate with the requirements for the job posted. Korn Ferry offers competitive compensation and benefits commensurate with experience.

Employees are eligible to receive a total of 15 days vacation annually plus paid time off for 16 company holidays. Full time eligible employees will accrue sick time commencing on the first date of employment at the rate of 3.33 hours per pay period for an annualized maximum of 80 hours.
