About the role

Korn Ferry has partnered with a global company looking for a Senior Financial Analyst, in office 3 days a week. This role is responsible for providing financial transparency and analytical support to a regional finance function and its leadership team. Key responsibilities include forecasting, reporting, and ongoing management of the region’s profit and loss (P&L). The Senior Financial Analyst will collaborate closely with senior leaders across the organization to deliver insights and support profitable growth.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Partner with finance leadership to support the development and execution of regional strategy, including financial planning, analysis, and decision support.
  • Analyze business drivers and link financial results to operational performance; provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Perform month-end close variance analysis and recommend corrective actions for inclusion in rolling forecasts.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop fair, consistent, and financially sound sales targets and planning assumptions.
  • Conduct regular P&L reviews with stakeholders to support business performance, including margin improvement and expense management.
  • Provide financial risk assessments to support pricing strategies and evaluate their impact on profitability.
  • Educate and support commercial teams on financial concepts such as profitability, investments, and performance metrics.
  • Lead or contribute to cross-functional or regional projects as needed.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

Job Specifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field required
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in a finance or similar analytical role
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities
  • Experience working with large datasets and translating data into meaningful insights
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) required
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated learning agility and openness to feedback
  • Experience with AI-powered tools (e.g., Copilot) preferred
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) preferred
  • Fluency in English required; additional language skills are a plus
