Position Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP
- Lead month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Support internal and external audit processes, including documentation and issue resolution
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements
- Partner cross-functionally with operations, FP&A, and leadership teams to provide financial insights
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
- Support process improvements and automation initiatives within the accounting function
- Mentor junior accounting staff and provide guidance on best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 4+ years of progressive accounting experience (public accounting or industry experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- CPA designation (or actively pursuing) preferred
- Experience with ERP systems
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
