What You’ll Do
- Drive regional growth through pipeline development, commercialization, and market expansion
- Partner with sales leadership to shape market priorities and go-to-market strategy
- Lead product portfolio management , including lifecycle, mix optimization, and rationalization
- Translate global strategy into regional execution aligned to market dynamics
- Support pricing and margin initiatives to improve profitability
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, R&D, Supply Chain, and Operations
- Engage with customers to support application development and opportunity validation
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in product management, business development, or commercial roles within chemicals, polymers, or advanced materials
- Strong commercial mindset with experience in application/value-based selling
- Proven ability to operate in a matrixed, cross-functional environment
- Experience supporting new product development and commercialization
- Exposure to industries such as automotive (EV), electronics, consumer, or medical preferred
