About the Role
We are looking for a results-oriented Marketing Director to lead and evolve the marketing efforts for an electronics manufacturer across both business and consumer channels. This role is ideal for a strategic yet hands-on leader who excels at building brands, driving measurable growth, and partnering closely with executive leadership on go‑to‑market decisions, product direction, and pricing strategy.
\The ideal candidate brings strong marketing fundamentals, a data-driven mindset, and experience operating in industries such as consumer electronics, commercial building materials, or related categories. This position will play a critical role in expanding market presence, strengthening brand credibility, and supporting aggressive growth objectives.
Key Areas of Responsibility
  • Define and lead the company’s integrated marketing strategy across B2B and B2C audiences
  • Strengthen brand visibility and reputation through paid media, public relations, digital campaigns, and organic growth initiatives
  • Create and deploy sales enablement tools including product displays, marketing collateral, and agent support materials
  • Analyze sales performance and customer data to uncover trends, gaps, and opportunities
  • Optimize CRM usage and workflows; partner with sales leadership to improve quoting, pipeline management, and opportunity tracking
  • Monitor competitive activity and introduce differentiated campaigns, including experiential and mobile product presentations
  • Lead the development and rollout of a B2B e‑commerce and ordering platform
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, and external partners to ensure consistent messaging and brand execution
  • Support product launches and market expansion into contractor, electrician, and professional channels
  • Manage external media buying efforts and prepare for future oversight of in‑house creative and graphics resources

  • A clearly defined and executed marketing strategy supporting both commercial and consumer segments
  • Improved alignment and support for internal sales teams and outside agents
  • Successful launch and adoption of a B2B online ordering portal
  • Stronger product presentation and merchandising across channels
  • Increased brand recognition and engagement through innovative campaigns
  • Expanded performance in DTC and retail marketplaces
  • Marketing support for new products that contribute meaningfully to revenue growth targets

Experience & Qualifications
  • 4+ years of progressive experience in marketing, digital marketing, or product marketing
  • Proven success working across both B2B and B2C environments
  • Prior experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools
  • Background working in both entrepreneurial and more established business settings
  • Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to measure ROI and interpret performance data
  • Hands-on experience with paid media platforms such as Google, Meta, Amazon, and Microsoft ecosystems
  • Working knowledge of ERP and CRM integrations (NetSuite or similar platforms preferred)
  • Stable career history demonstrating long-term impact and accountability

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field required
