AA allows a human to remotely control a truck in certain low-speed and clearly-defined scenarios that benefit from human involvement. This is an **Individual Contributor (IC) PM role ** that requires end-to-end product ownership of Assisted Autonomy at Kodiak. - Execution & deployment: Define and prioritize requirements with cross-functional partners. Evaluate releases for acceptance, and partner closely with Ops teams on field deployment, process optimization, and the creation of effective training materials.

- Hardware & software integration: Drive product improvements across both software interfaces (job dispatch, telestation capabilities) and physical hardware integrations.

- Stakeholder communication: Act as the central node between Engineering, Operations, Safety, Program, internal leadership, and external customers, providing clear updates on feature development, release management, and market readiness.

- Travel: Up to 25% travel required to visit Kodiak commercial deployment locations to listen to customers and gather direct operational feedback.

**What you’ll bring:**

- 8+ years of product management experience, ideally in environments that blend software and hardware

- Demonstrated success in defining & launching end-user-facing high-tech products through the full lifecycle to customers at scale

- Strong B2C UX/design experience, demonstrating an ability to build highly usable interfaces for teleoperations and human-in-the-loop workflows, including for non-technical users
