Position Overview Responsible for evaluating and improving the business systems to meet the needs of users and enhance operational efficiency. This position involves gathering requirements, analyzing processes, developing specifications and collaborating with stakeholders to implement effective technological solutions. Duties And Responsibilities
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for business system applications
Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders across departments
Evaluate current systems and processes to identify enhancement opportunities
Collaborate with technical teams on proposed system specifications and modifications
Develop clear specifications for the system development team
Provide input on the prioritization of software development projects
Perform testing and validation of new features and updates
Lead the creation and maintenance of system documentation and user guides
Provide end‑user training and support for the business system
Assist with Master Data Management initiatives
Monitor industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies
Position Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and team collaboration skills
Project management experience preferred
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Continuous improvement mindset
Experience presenting to stakeholders at all levels
General knowledge of software design and databases is helpful
Occasional travel may be required
