Role Description
The Senior Executive Vice President (SEVP) for the King County Prosecuting Attorney's Office will oversee strategic planning, policy development, and the implementation of innovative initiatives across divisions. This full-time, remote role involves leading cross-functional teams, ensuring operational excellence, fostering collaboration among stakeholders, and supporting organizational goals aligned with the mission of justice. The SEVP will also be responsible for managing high-level relationships, representing the agency in public and legal forums, and contributing to long-term organizational strategies.
Qualifications
  • Exceptional leadership and management skills, including strategic planning, organizational development, and the ability to inspire and engage teams.
  • Extensive understanding and experience in public policy, legal processes, and governmental operations.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement innovative, data-driven solutions to complex problems.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience in public speaking and stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience in financial management, budgeting, and resource allocation to align with strategic priorities.
  • Proficiency in fostering a culture of collaboration, diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace.
  • Advanced degree in law, public administration, business administration, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience in a leadership or administrative capacity in a legal or public sector organization is strongly preferred.
