Role Description The Director of Operations is a full-time remote role tasked with overseeing the efficiency and effectiveness of operational functions within the King County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office. This leadership role entails ensuring streamlined processes across multiple divisions, managing budgets, and aligning operational strategies with organizational goals. The Director will lead teams, analyze operational data to drive decision-making, and ensure superior service delivery to support the office’s mission. Collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners is essential to deliver innovative and highly functional operational outcomes. Qualifications
Competence in Operations Management and Budgeting to optimize complex processes, oversee financial resources, and ensure efficiency.
Strong skills in Analytical Problem-Solving and Decision-Making to evaluate data and support strategic goals within an organizational framework.
Experience in Team Management, providing leadership, direction, and support to teams to achieve departmental and organizational objectives.
Exceptional abilities in Customer Service and Stakeholder Collaboration to address diverse community needs and deliver impactful operational results.
Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Experience managing operations in a public-sector or justice system environment is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
