Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Tower, MN, for a Brand Specialist. The Brand Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing brand strategies, managing branding initiatives, and enhancing brand identity in alignment with company goals. They will oversee branding projects, monitor market trends, and collaborate with sales and marketing teams to increase brand awareness and consumer engagement. Additional responsibilities will include analyzing campaign performance, maintaining consistent brand messaging, and contributing to company growth by driving brand success.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Brand Strategy and Brand Management to develop and execute impactful brand initiatives.
- Strong Communication and Branding skills to effectively represent and promote the company's image.
- Experience in Sales and marketing collaboration to align branding with revenue objectives.
- Exceptional project management, organizational, and analytical skills to monitor and measure brand performance.
- Familiarity with market trends, consumer insights, and brand positioning best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in the beverage industry or working with international brands is an added advantage.
