We are currently seeking a Co-Founder with Investment to join our leadership team.

**Role Overview **

As founding Partner , you will shape our strategic direction, spearhead business development, nurture executive-level client relationships, and ensure flawless delivery of high-impact consulting engagements.In this pivotal role, you will not only invest capital but also actively contribute to strategic and operational planning. You will work alongside the existing leadership team to drive the company's vision forward, ensuring alignment with market trends and business goals. This is a role that requires both significant financial commitment and deep strategic insight.

**Key Responsibilities **

- **Capital & Growth: ** Provide a pre-seed financial investment and raise fund to support the company's development & growth in exchange for a sweet equity stake.

- **Strategic Collaboration: ** Partner with the leadership team on high-level decision-making, ensuring long-term viability through sound financial choices anf forcasting.

- **Business Development: ** Lead initiatives to identify and capitalize on market opportunities, specifically creating business through** **retainer agreements** **with portfolio companies.

- **Network Integration: ** Represent Kenscope in external meetings with stakeholders and utilize your  investing background to build VC/PE partnerships.

- **Mentorship: ** Offer guidance to the executive team and support the execution of business plans and "Engagement Pods."

**Qualifications **

- 20+ years of M&A, Investment, fundraising experience, with at least 10 years at Investor/Partner level in  leading VCs/PEs.

- **Investment Track Record: ** Proven experience as a successful investor or entrepreneur with a personal investment of **$10M+ ** and a history of successful business exits.

- **Industry Tenure: ** 10+ years of experience in Venture Capital, Private Equity, or serial entrepreneurship.

- **Strategic Vision: ** Ability to offer long-term planning and a strong understanding of business functions including finance, marketing, and operations.

- **Leadership Excellence: ** Exceptional decision-making, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- **Commitment: ** Ability to commit significant time and resources to the company’s growth.

**Time & Focus Expectation **

This role requires consistent, focused contribution alongside your existing work schedule. Expect approximately up to 20 hrs/week initially on Venture growth and Business development.

We’re optimizing for steady momentum, not sporadic availability. Our goal is to move with intensity, clarity, and focus building steadily while making decisions that compound. If you don’t have that dedicated bandwidth this is not for you.
