Kelleher approaches each client with a personalized approach, assigning a designated team to address the needs and desires of each individual represented. Our matchmaking team comprises various roles, all designed to meet each client's needs. Being part of this team means you will represent clients on behalf of Kelleher, finding opportunities for connection. Key roles on this team include relationship management, in-depth screening and vetting, candidate sourcing and screening, soliciting feedback, and strategic coaching. As a matchmaker, you will be skilled in all these areas and possess an instinct for making connections and presenting opportunities. Individuals interested in a matchmaking role within this team dynamic should have a passion for people, relationship building, and love.

Skills & Requirements
- Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and self-directed, able to manage and prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fully remote environment. Must have a professional home office setup and reliable high-speed internet.
- Professional experience supporting high-net-worth individuals and handling highly confidential matters.
- Excellent communicator- clear, concise, and professional across email, phone, video, and text.
- Attentive listener who responds thoughtfully and builds trust easily.
- Adaptable team player who maintains high standards in a dynamic environment.
- Growth-oriented, open to feedback, and committed to continuous improvement.
- Accountable and proactive, with a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating multiple platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
- Writing sample required during the interview process.
