- Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business strategies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable business solutions.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and data models.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit feedback and ensure alignment on project goals.
- Utilize data visualization tools to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and performance metrics, providing regular updates to management.
- Support the implementation of business solutions and ensure successful adoption across the organization.
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
Mandatory Skills:
- Strong expertise in Data Analysis, including proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Proven experience in business analysis methodologies and frameworks.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote work environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
- Familiarity with statistical analysis and modeling techniques.
- Knowledge of industry specific regulations and compliance standards.
- Experience in stakeholder management and relationship building.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
- 7 10 years of experience in business analysis or a related role, with a strong focus on data analysis.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI PBA) are a plus.
