Kaia Bowls is a fast-growing superfood QSR franchise headquartered in Clearwater, Florida, with 5 locations across the Tampa Bay area and 5 more in buildout. We're on a mission to bring premium açaí bowls, pitaya, and superfood nutrition to communities across Florida and beyond — and we need a rockstar to help us get there.
The Role As our Franchise Operations Manager, you'll be the heartbeat between our corporate team and our franchisees. You'll implement systems, drive execution, and make sure every location is running at its best. This is an in-person role based at our Clearwater, FL office.

What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for franchisees across the network
- Implement and maintain operational systems and standards
- Support new location openings and onboarding
- Identify performance gaps and develop action plans
- Be a coach, problem-solver, and brand ambassador all in one

- Experience in QSR or franchise operations (multi-unit a plus)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
