Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Assistant role based at our Four Season at Wylder community in Port St. Lucie, FL. The Sales Assistant will support the sales team by managing client inquiries, maintaining an organized sales environment, and providing an exceptional customer service experience. Key responsibilities include assisting prospective and existing customers, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and sales representatives. The role also involves supporting the preparation of sales materials and maintaining accurate records related to transactions and customer interactions.

Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
- Exceptional Customer Service skills to effectively address client needs
- Experience in Sales or related activities
- Highly developed Organization Skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Ability to work on-site in Miami, FL and collaborate with a dynamic team
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in using CRM software and basic office applications is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate or bachelor's degree is a plus
