The Mission:

This role is designed for a data-obsessed professional who understands that modern SEO is the intersection of technical excellence and market intelligence. You will support our US operations by ensuring our organic growth infrastructure is flawless and our client engagement is world-class.
Key Responsibilities:
- Growth Analytics: Monitor and interpret search performance data to identify high-impact growth levers.
- SEO Infrastructure Support: Implement technical on-page and off-page optimizations with a focus on scalable results.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct competitive research to ensure Variovox and our partners maintain search dominance.
- Performance Reporting: Transform complex SEO metrics into clear, strategic business insights for stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Strategic Mindset: 3+ years of experience in SEO, Growth Marketing, or Digital Performance roles.
- Technical Proficiency: Expert-level familiarity with Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and analytics platforms.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to diagnose traffic fluctuations and implement corrective technical strategies.
- Professional Communication: Exceptional English proficiency, capable of coordinating across a high-performance global team.
