- This is a Remote / Hybrid position based in Singapore.
- Pay Rate: Up to S$18 - S$25/hr (Commensurate with experience + performance incentives)
- Start Date: Intake starting soon (Late April / Early May)
- Schedule: Flexible – Both Full-Time & Part-Time slots available
- Location: Singapore Residents Only (Open to Singaporeans/PRs)
Position Overview
- Variovox Agency is looking for dynamic Remote Customer Success Agents to support our growing portfolio of digital marketing and SEO projects. You will be the bridge between our high-tech SEO solutions and our premium clients, handling inquiries, sales support, and client follow-ups.
- This role is perfect for individuals who are tech-savvy, articulate, and comfortable in a fast-paced digital environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing inbound and outbound client inquiries via phone and email.
- Assisting clients with SEO project updates and service renewals (Sales Support).
- Providing high-quality customer service to maintain our "Gold Standard" client retention.
- Documenting client feedback to help our technical team optimize SEO campaigns.
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent Communication: Fluent in English (Multilingualism is a plus for our regional markets).
- Confidence: Ability to handle professional conversations and offer logical solutions.
- Reliability: A disciplined remote worker who can manage their own schedule.
- Tech Literacy: Familiarity with basic SEO concepts or digital marketing is highly preferred.

- A reliable laptop/desktop with high-speed internet.
- A quiet workspace (for professional calls).
