**We are looking for a Brand Marketing Manager to drive brand strategy, build awareness, and enhance customer engagement. This role will oversee integrated marketing campaigns, brand storytelling, influencer partnerships, and strategic initiatives to position Juvia's Place as a leader in the beauty industry. **Key Responsibilities **

- Develop and execute comprehensive brand marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth.

- Manage product launch campaigns, including go-to-market strategy, content development, and cross-functional coordination.

- Develop and manage brand activations, events, and sponsorships to enhance consumer experience and brand loyalty.

- Collaborate with the creative team to produce compelling content, including social media, email marketing, and paid advertising assets.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to inform brand positioning and campaign effectiveness.

- Work closely with the e-commerce and retail teams to drive marketing initiatives that support online and in-store sales.

- Monitor and report on campaign performance, leveraging data and analytics to optimize marketing strategies.

- Manage the brand marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.

**Qualifications **

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

- 7+ years of experience in brand marketing, preferably in beauty, fashion, or consumer goods.

- Strong understanding of digital marketing, influencer marketing, and social media trends.

- Experience developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.

- Excellent storytelling and creative strategy skills.

- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

- Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing marketing metrics and consumer insights.

- Ability to travel up to 20% for events, activations, and key brand initiatives.

Brand Marketing Manager

**Job Summary **

The Director of Sales at Juvia's Place leads retail sales strategy and revenue growth across Ulta Beauty and new wholesale accounts. This role owns the full commercial relationship with retail partners, from sell-in through sell-through, and drives performance through strategic planning, data-driven analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. Working closely with the CEO, COO, and Head of Retail Marketing, the Director aligns promotional strategy, new product launches, and retail expansion with broader brand objectives.

**Key Responsibilities **

**Strategic Account Management **

- Own and grow the Juvia's Place retail business at Ulta Beauty and new doors, developing account strategies that maximize revenue, profitability, and brand presence.

- Serve as the primary brand liaison with retail partners, building strong relationships with buying and planning counterparts and representing the brand with confidence and expertise.

- Lead seasonal and annual business reviews, delivering strategic recommendations on assortment, pricing, promotions, and space allocation.

- Manage sell-in and sell-through of forecasted dollar volume and product mix, proactively identifying and closing performance gaps.

**Sales Planning & Analysis **

- Set and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and expense estimates across retail accounts, with accountability to P&L outcomes.

- Conduct in-depth business analysis to understand trends, identify opportunities, and surface actionable insights that drive retail and net sales growth.

- Deliver clear weekly and monthly business reporting to executive leadership, including competitive analysis and mix of business breakdowns.

- Communicate the current and future state of the business clearly to senior stakeholders, including risks, gaps, and mitigation plans.

**Inventory & Operations **

- Oversee inventory strategy across retail accounts, partnering with planning teams to maintain optimal stock levels, product mix, and replenishment cadence.

- Proactively monitor and resolve low or out-of-stock conditions, manage RTVs, and maintain the stock and sales plan.

- Manage new product submissions and updates in retailer systems, including Ulta PIM.

- Coordinate timely ordering and ensure inventory availability aligns with promotional and launch activity.

**Go-to-Market & Promotional Execution **

- Collaborate with the CEO, COO, and Head of Retail Marketing to build and manage promotional strategy; input and maintain agreed-upon contracts and budgets.

- Partner with marketing and visual merchandising to execute seasonal gondola updates, new door openings, and product launches on time and on brief.

- Prepare account meeting materials and represent the brand in buying office meetings and key negotiations.

- Ensure cross-functional alignment by communicating account needs, updates, and decisions to relevant internal teams in a timely manner.

**Qualifications **

- 8+ years of experience in retail sales, national account management, or wholesale within beauty, personal care, or consumer goods.

- Demonstrated track record managing a major retail account (Ulta Beauty, Sephora, Target, or similar) with measurable sell-through results.

- Strong analytical skills, comfortable building and interpreting sales reports, forecasts, and P&L statements.

- Experience with retailer systems such as Ulta PIM, Retail Link, or equivalent platforms.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to influence and instill confidence at the executive level.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA a plus.
