A well-established and reputable architectural metal & glass contractor delivering high-end commercial and residential projects across the NYC metro market. Known for quality execution and strong client relationships, they specialise in curtain wall, window wall, storefront, and bespoke façade systems.
They are seeking a Senior Project Manager to take ownership of multiple façade and glazing projects from pre-construction through to closeout. This is a leadership role overseeing project teams, client relationships, and overall delivery performance.

They are seeking a Senior Project Manager to take ownership of multiple façade and glazing projects from pre-construction through to closeout. This is a leadership role overseeing project teams, client relationships, and overall delivery performance.
You’ll be managing complex, high-value packages and acting as a key interface between clients, internal teams, and field operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead multiple glazing / façade projects simultaneously (typically $2M–$15M+)
- Manage full project lifecycle: precon, procurement, scheduling, delivery, and closeout
- Oversee Project Managers, APMs, and coordination with field teams
- Maintain and build client relationships with GCs, developers, and architects
- Review drawings, specifications, and contracts
- Drive budgets, cost control, and change order management
- Coordinate with estimating, engineering, and fabrication teams
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards
Requirements
- 8–12+ years’ experience in architectural glass & metal / façade contracting
- Proven track record managing projects in the NYC / Northern NJ market
- Strong knowledge of:
- Curtain wall systems
- Storefront & window wall
- Structural glass / high-end custom packages
- Experience managing multi-million dollar projects
- Ability to lead teams and mentor junior staff
- Strong commercial and contractual awareness
- Proficiency with project management tools and construction software
