An established and growing glazing and façade contractor is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the delivery of high-end commercial and residential projects across the Miami area. This role will be responsible for managing projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong experience within curtain wall, storefront, and architectural glass systems.

This role will be responsible for managing projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong experience within curtain wall, storefront, and architectural glass systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple projects from award through completion
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, and procurement processes
- Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution
- Review drawings, specifications, and contracts to ensure full project understanding
- Track project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions proactively
- Lead client meetings and maintain strong relationships with owners, GCs, and consultants
- Manage change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
- Work closely with Superintendents to ensure alignment between field and office operations
Requirements:
- 3–7+ years of Project Management experience within glazing, façade, or exterior envelope construction
- Strong knowledge of curtain wall, storefront, window wall, and related systems
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and specifications
- Experience managing project budgets and schedules
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and construction management software is preferred
- Degree in Construction Management or related field is a plus
