As our Onboarding Manager – Candidate Experience , you’ll lead the rollout of career sites, landing pages, and AI-powered chatbot experiences for enterprise customers. Think: high impact , high ownership , and zero room for sloppy execution. You’ll work directly with customers to understand what’s broken, design what’s better, and ship solutions fast—while coordinating across multiple teams to make it all happen. What You’ll Own 🔍 Turn problems into solutions
Get under the hood of how companies hire today—what’s clunky, what’s broken, what candidates hate
Translate that into smart, scalable solutions across career sites and AI chatbot workflows
Define what success looks like—and make sure we hit it
🚀 Drive implementations end-to-end
Own onboarding from kickoff to go-live (and beyond)
Build clear project plans, timelines, and milestones—and keep everyone honest
Manage multiple stakeholders across TA, Marketing, Business, and Tech teams
Handle technical integrations without dropping the ball
⚙️ Make the product work beautifully
Partner with engineering to configure and launch solutions tailored to each customer
Ensure everything we build is optimized for real candidate experience—not just “it works”
Push for better when something isn’t good enough

Run tight status calls, unblock issues fast, and keep momentum high
Spot risks early and solve them before they become problems
