Role Overview:
We are hiring a Computer Vision Engineer to build visual AI systems that
extend Joveo's platform capabilities into image and video understanding.
You will develop models that see, interpret, and act on visual data —
solving real problems in document understanding, identity verification,
and multimodal AI.

Role: Computer Vision Engineer
Location: Remote
Role Overview:
We are hiring a Computer Vision Engineer to build visual AI systems that
extend Joveo's platform capabilities into image and video understanding.
You will develop models that see, interpret, and act on visual data —
solving real problems in document understanding, identity verification,
and multimodal AI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and train computer vision models for classification, detection, and segmentation
- Build and optimize image processing and video analysis pipelines
- Deploy vision models to production with latency and throughput requirements
- Develop evaluation datasets and benchmarks for visual AI systems
- Collaborate with data, product, and platform teams on multimodal AI features
- Research and implement advances in vision-language models and foundation models
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch or TensorFlow)
- Experience building and training CNNs, Vision Transformers, or object detection models
- Familiarity with OpenCV and standard image processing techniques
- Experience with model optimization techniques (quantization, distillation, pruning)
- Knowledge of vision datasets, annotation workflows, and evaluation metrics (mAP, IoU)
- Experience deploying vision models to production inference infrastructure
