Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Administrative Assistant position located in Gaithersburg, MD. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, handling communication, maintaining records, and ensuring efficient office operations.
Qualifications
Office management skills, including scheduling, organizing, and maintaining accurate records
Strong proficiency in written and verbal communication, email correspondence, and professional documentation
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and related software
Attention to detail, time management, and the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
Customer service and interpersonal skills for collaborating with team members and external contacts
Familiarity with the commercial flooring industry or similar industries is a plus.
Pay: $50,000-$65,000 a year depending on experience
